Free shuttle bus to take you to the "Taroko TWM Music Festival"

For the convenience of people going to the "Taroko TWM Music Festival" on November 24th, the organizers are providing free shuttle buses, running between Sincheng‎ (Taroko) Station and Buluowan and Taroko Terrace, where the festival is being held. In coordination with the Hualien Division of the Taiwan Railways Administration additional trains will stop at Sincheng Station, and local trains will be added for the Hualien-Sincheng section.

Thousands of visitors are expected for this year's music festival. To improve transportation options, reduce traffic jams and parking headaches, and maintain a high performance quality, free buses will be provided from Sincheng Station to the festival grounds. After the festival is over visitors can take the same buses back to Sincheng Station.

The morning session at Buluowan is scheduled for 10:30-12:00, so buses will leave Sincheng Station every 10 minutes (or when full) between 9:00 to 10:20 for Buluowan. Between 12:00 to 13:00, the buses will go from Buluowan to Taroko Terrace, where the afternoon session scheduled for 14:00 – 17:00 will be held, or back to Sincheng Station. For those attending the afternoon session only there will be buses waiting at Sincheng‎ Station between 13:30-14:30 to take them to Taroko Terrace. After the performances are over, between 17:00 to 18:30, festival goers can take the same buses back to Sincheng Station.

To avoid disruption from traffic noise, traffic restrictions will be in effect around Buluowan and Taroko Terrace during performance times on November 24th, the day of the festival. Traffic restrictions for Buluowan Terrace will be in effect between 09:30-12:30 at the entrance of the road entering Buluowan. Traffic restrictions for Taroko Terrace will be in effect between 12:00-17:30 at both sides of Jingwen Bridge and the west exit of Shakadang Tunnel. Traffic restrictions won't affect vehicles traveling to the Central Cross-Island Highway and the Su-Hua Highway.
