From today Shei-Pa National Park HQ will accept applications for entry permits for some climbing trails that were temporarily closed (Mt. Syue main-east peak trail, Wuling Quadruple Mountains trail, the Da-siaojian Mountain trail, the Jhihjiayang trail and the Shengling O trail). The condition of the access road to Wuling is very unstable, therefore climbing groups are asked to take special care when climbing and contact the relevant construction to find out the latest road situation before setting out. 

As for Guanwu and Syuejian Recreation Area, the access roads (Dalu forest road and Simasian forest road) are still being repaired after collapsing in a number of places, consequently, they are still not open to the public. The date of opening will be announced when repairs are completed and evaluation carried out. Members of the public are requested to stay away from these areas for their own safety and pay attention to the Shei-pa National Park website for the latest news.
