The beauty of the music and dance of the Taroko tribe-tribal music concerts
In addition to its high mountain gorge scenery and ecology, another special feature of Taroko Gorge is the culture of the Taroko tribe, one of Taiwan’s indigenous peoples, a culture that is much-loved by visitors and was molded over hundreds of years by the Liwu River and the mountains of Taroko. The handicrafts and songs and dances of the local indigenous people reflect their culture. Following on from last year, this year Taroko National Park HQ is holding “tribal music concerts” and “creative cultural markets” Everyone is welcome to choose one of the dates the events are held on and visit Taroko to enjoy a visual, audile and gastronomic feast with a pronounced local flavor.
