Part of the exhibition space in Kenting National Park Visitor Center temporarily closed for renovation
Renovation work began in Kenting National Park visitor Center on May 18 and will be completed in October. During the work the center’s exhibition space will be partially closed, however, information services will still be provided to visitors and multimedia shows presented. The national park book and souvenir store and scenery viewing platform will also remain open. Please enter and exit the visitor center in accordance with the signs. Renovation work will affect the vestibule, briefing room, courtyard and resource display hall. When work is completed, the exhibits will combine nature and culture and show the relationship between people and nature on the Hengchun Peninsula, the evolution of history and changes in the environment from prehistoric times to the present day. It is, moreover, hoped that the visitor center becomes a classroom and museum for local children and adults to learn about local culture and history and the natural environment. Kenting National Park Headquarters apologizes for any inconvenience caused by construction work.
