To meet visitor requirements and to take advantage of the longer summer days, Kinmen National Park Headquarters will extend the opening times of Jinshui Primary School (金水學校)and Rushan Visitor Center (乳山遊客中心)in the park to 6pm from August 1 to August 31. Opening times will be 8.30 am to 6 pm during this period. From September the original opening times, 8.30am to 5 pm will be reintroduced.

Recently many visitors have informed the park headquarters that in summer the park receives a large number of visitors and the days are longer but it is unfortunate that the park’s the service outlets close at 5pm. Consequently, to provide better service to visitors and boost local tourism the opening times of Jinshui Primary School near Shuitou Wharf and Rushan Visitor Center near the airport will be extended by one hour in August. The public is invited to make good use of this extension to opening hours.
