Originally planned for October 10, because of bad weather and venue related factors, Kenting National Park’s “Manzhou Eagle-watching Expo has been set back by a week and will now take place between 3 and 5pm on October 17 at Deqiao in Manzhou Rural Township, Pingdong County.

The activity will include watching Gray-faced Buzzard eagles(Butastur indicus灰面鵟鷹), performances by local group, awarding of eco-tourism guide certificates, a gray-faced buzzard eagle conservation children’s painting competition, awarding of certificates to Manzhou Rural Township’s gray-faced buzzard eagle rangers, awarding of certificates to Manzhou community interpreters and an ecological activity.
