The maturation the ICT industry and cloud computing is not only providing enterprises with limitless business opportunities, it is also a great opportunity for government agencies to raise the level of their management and services. The strategic alliance between Kenting National Park Headquarters and Chang Jung Christian University intends to achieve these things. The first concrete result of this cooperation is the “Cape Hawk Information” green life map that will be available for use by the public during the peak of the Gray-faced Buzzard Hawk migration season. To innovate natural environment information dissemination methods, Kenting National Park Headquarters and the university have together developed a “Bird of prey green life map”. This cooperation is based on the digital environmental interpretation service system of the Podcast system platform.

This mutually beneficial alliance will improve the effectiveness of the park’s interpretation and conservation public information work and boost the Kenting tourism industry. Together with Chang Jung Christian University the park headquarters will work to provide more innovative, diverse and excellent services to the public to allow people to more quickly learn about and appreciate the beauty of Taiwan’s national parks.
