Shei-Pa “Mandarin Duck” Themed-Web Page Launches Online
The Shei-Pa Mandarin Duck themed-website makes its launch on the official website of the Shei-Pa National Park on May 22. The natural alertness of mandarin ducks makes them difficult to be spotted as they often hide in different parts of the stream. For this reason, little is known to the public regarding their ecological habits. In order to help the public gain more understanding regarding this beautiful species that resides in Wuling, Shei-Pa National Park has especially organized research information and pictures from years of observations and set up a themed-web page on the park's official website. This will allow those interested in mandarin ducks to gain a further understanding of their mysterious life habits.
The section manager of the park expressed: The Chichiawan Stream that penetrates the northern and southern canyon of Wulin Farm nurtures more than just the Formosan landlocked salmon, Taiwan's national fish, but also the flying rainbow fairy "Mandarin Duck", another important conserved bird species of Wulin.
We welcome everyone to browse our website: Shei-Pa Mandarin Duck Themed-Web Page.
