The Construction and Planning Agency of the Ministry of the Interior (CPAMI) hosted the press conference for the premiere of the "Taiwan National Parks from Above" documentary film. Many heavyweight figures, including Mr. Lee Hong-Yuan, Minister of the Interior, Mr. Huang Guang-Nan, Minister without Portfolio, and other honored guests, private organizations, and NGOs, were present in the premiere. Mr. Yeh Shih-Wen, Director-General of CPAMI, expressed that Taiwan has unique nature and ecologies; this documentary film presents the stunning visual sensations of the aerial views of Taiwan's beautiful landscape and the production is definitely professional quality. "We don't dare say that the production exceeds professional quality, but we think it has reached a certain level of international standard," said Director-General Yeh. Minister Lee also gave his support and said that the happiest moment for him in his term as the Minister of the Interior was taking over the administration of the national parks and he will continue to support such film productions in the future. He further indicated that this documentary film is not just a record of our homeland; it sends out an important message, calling on mankind to respect and protect nature.
