"Wetlands, Stories from the Heart" Micro-film Contest is About to Commence
The wetlands micro-film contest, "Wetlands, Stories from the Heart" will be commencing in May. The Construction and Planning Agency hopes to attract the attention of the younger generation through this contest and spread awareness of Taiwan's wetlands. Through awareness, the public will rethink the role of the wetlands in their daily lives and achieve the goal of promoting wetlands conservation.
The contest is aimed at Taiwan's college and university students with a grand prize of NT$100,000. The entries should tell the story of wetlands and people's daily lives through the eyes of a new generation with passion and creativity. Through these films they will rediscover the stories of people and the wetlands and create deeply moving tales.
Rules for the "Wetlands, Stories from the Heart" micro-film contest will be posted on the Taiwan Wetlands of Importance Conservation Project website in early May (http://wetland-tw.tcd.gov.tw/ ->Latest News). All are welcome to participate!
