Kinmen National Park Guesthouse and Store Management Seminars- Jinning Township Oyster Harvest and Gourmet Experience
Targeting to revive and restore cultural assets, Kinmen National Park brought in private businesses to set up featured guesthouses and stores. In 2013, Kinmen National Park Headquarters continued the “Kinmen National Park Traditional Architecture Guesthouse and Store Management Consultation Project”. Through promotion of the local culture, Kinmen National Park Headquarters aims to develop the brands and market for guesthouses and stores in the historic buildings, as well as in-depth culture tours. This program attracted 80 Kinmen guesthouse and store operators from different villages to experience this traditional industry in great depth and breadth, as well as the authentic local oyster cuisine. This tour offered guesthouse and store operators an insight into the lives and culture presented in the local Kinmen industries and provided them with first-hand experience for their promotion of local tourism.
