Kinmen National Park's "Birds of Kinmen" Film has won a Platinum Remi at the 46th Houston International Film Festival. Following last year's Platinum and Gold Remis for "The Quest" and "Kingfisher", respectively, this year's "Birds of Kinmen" has won the Nature and Wild Animals category Platinum Remi. This is a great honor for both the director and the Headquarters, and has won Kinmen international recognition and attention.

This year's Houston International Film Festival had approximately 4,100 entries from 33 countries. It was quite a feat for Kinmen National Park to be chosen for an award among this international crowd.

Kinmen National Park is providing the public a chance to see this award-winning film. The film showing in Zhongshanlin Visitor Center's Auditorium 2 will be changed to Birds of Kinmen.
