The Headquarters provides visitors multiple ways to experience the area's scenic spots, and has completed the construction of various informational and directional signs as well as bulletin boards at the trails of Mt. Qixing, Mt. Datun, and Qingtiangang. However, some signs have been vandalized—including instances of important contact info being damaged or rendered illegible. This behavior has deprived many people of their right to access public information, and endangers the safety of visitors. According to Paragraph 1-8, Article 13 of the National Park Act, any person who commits vandalism in the Park shall be fined NT$3,000 and prosecuted according to law.
