TaijiangNational Park Headquarters will take citizens on a journey to Anshun SaltFields for them to experience the value of Taiwan’s salt industry andimportance of cultural preservation. Local guides will explain the history andprocess of producing salt, and participants can experience the fun ofharvesting salt, reliving stories of salt industry culture that were forgottenthrough time; participants will also be taught how to make miniature tile-pavedsalt fields.
