Datunshan Road is an important route for seeing butterflies inYangmingshan National Park. To preserve the habitat of animals and plants andprovide a safe environment for visitors to see butterflies, all vehicles(including bicycles) other than official duty vehicles are prohibited fromentering the road between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. in 5/31-6/22. We are sorryfor any inconvenience and ask you for your cooperation. Yangmingshan NationalPark Headquarters encourages visitors to use mass transportation tools, eithertake the MRT to Jiantan Station and then Red 5 bus, or take 260 or 1717 RoyalBus at Taipei Train Station, or take 230 or S9 bus at Beitou Station, or takeS8 bus at Shipai Station to Yangmingshan Station or the bus terminal, and thentake 108 shuttle bus to Erziping Station.
