Kinmen National Park presents its natural preservation efforts for 2014.

The Kinmen National Park Administration will hold a presentation on Friday, May 15, 2015, at the second video room at the Zhongshan Tourist Center to show its natural preservation effort for 2014. There is a capacity of 80 people. If you are interested in the subject, you are welcome to sign up at its website. The Kinmen National Park conducts the six studies mentioned above to collect information about the ecological facts about the main birds in Kinmen, their behavior, migratory paths, and such basic data, to understand the importance of Kinmen to the migratory birds, to explore the social culture of people who emigrated to the Philippines from Kinmen, to understand the history and influence of Kinmen expatriates. This becomes an important part of the information shared with these people when they return to Kinmen to visit. Established the basic information about the original buildings in the confines of the Kinmen National Park. The information can be used to assess their preservation, repair, or improvement and public safety. Gathered information about the history and current state of otters in the area. Drafted appropriate strategies and actions to preserve and rehabilitate their habitats. Monitored the changes and reproduction of nonmigratory raptors in Kinmen and planned their preservation and management. Investigated the range of wetlands in Kinmen and environmental resources. Established a directory of names for animals and plants and assess their numbers and stability. Through the distribution and exchange of such information, we hope to improve the understanding of the public about the biodiversity and the state and importance of ecological preservation in Kinmen. You are cordially invited to attend this presentation.
