Registration for the “Taijiang National Park Black-faced Spoonbill Season” has begun!
Ride a bicycle along the riverbank of Taijiang in the autumn breeze, listen to the storyteller describe the history of Taijiang, ride a raft and experience the fish farming industry, travel through the wetland of Taijiang, and see the salt farm culture…aren’t these appealing? Taijiang National Park Headquarters organizes a series of interesting and entertaining educational activities during the migrant bird season every year to promote ecological conservation and environmental education concepts of national parks. This year’s “Taijiang National Park Black-faced Spoonbill Season” will be from October 2015 to March 2016, and a wide variety of activities under six series will be held each month, namely “About Taijiang”, “Love Taijiang”, “Roam Taijiang”, “Handmade Taijiang”, “Stories of Taijiang”, and “Taijiang for Children”, taking visitors on a journey of Taijiang’s natural ecology, history, culture and industries.
